A Fresh Start
All student accommodation is professionally cleaned, decorated and maintained before the start of each and every academic year to a very high standard.
Fully Furnished
All of our student houses are fully furnished with modern IKEA furniture. Included in each room is a bed, mattress (plus a mattress cover), desk, chair and plenty of storage for your belongings!
Safe & Sound
At Student Spacez, all of our student accommodation complies with health and safety regulations set by the local authority. Our houses are equipped with fire doors throughout, smoke detectors, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers and blankets, modern fire-resistant furniture, thumb-turn locks and fire escape windows where appropriate.
Each student house will have the following:
- Gas Safety Certificate (where applicable)
- Electrical Installation Condition Report
- Fire/Smoke Alarm Safety
- Emergency Lighting Certificate (where applicable)
Licensed & Registered
All of our student properties are HMO licensed (where applicable) and registered with the governing scheme Rent Smart Wales (RSW); a Welsh government approved organisation that process landlord registrations and grant licences to landlords and agents who need to comply with the Housing (Wales) Act 2014.
All you need to know is that we are RSW approved!
Gardener Included
Don’t worry about the garden, leave that to us! All gardens at our student properties are maintained by our own gardener, leaving less work for you and more to enjoy!
